Panaracer SealSmart Tubeless Sealant

CAPACITY

• 120ml consumption: Road - covers 2-4 tyres/MTB - covers 1-2 tyres
• 500ml consumption: Road - covers 8-15 tyres/MTB - covers 4-10 tyres

Seal Smart Tyre sealant has been developed by pairing hypoallergenic latex rubber compound with walnut shells. The sealant is safer for users with skin allergies, and provides excellent sealing when used with Tubeless Compatible tyres.

Instructions for use:
Step 1: Ensure the tubeless valve is correctly installed
Step 2: Mount the tyre on the rim leaving one side of the bead partially unfitted
Step 3: Pour sealant into the tyre - see below for recommended application (Avoid injecting the sealant through the valve to prevent clogging)
Step 4: Mount the final section of the tyre to the rim, so it is completely fitted
Step 5: Rotate the wheel to allow the sealant to coat the inside of the tyre to aid inflation
Step 6: Inflate the tyre to the recommended pressure (With some tyres a normal pump may not be sufficient to seat the tyre on the rim; owing to the need for a sudden burst of air a tubeless pump may be required)

Approximate amount of sealant to use for one tyre:

• Road: About 30～45ml
• Cyclocross/Gravel: About 25～60ml
• MTB(26-27.5"): About 45～60ml
• MTB(29"): About 60～75m
