60-Night Comfort Guarantee

At Dormeo® a great night’s sleep is as important to us as it is important to you and if you are not happy neither are we. Dormeo offers up to a 60-night comfort guarantee, so you can sleep on the mattress at home for up to 60 nights and decide if it is right for you. If you are not getting your best night’s sleep ever, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange it for an alternative model within 60 days of purchase (only once per transaction).

The good news is that if your mattress was bought with one of our free memory foam pillows and decide to return your mattress under our 60-night comfort guarantee, the pillow is still yours to keep!

The 60-night comfort guarantee does not apply to Dormeo® Options mattresses, WellSleep, and selected toppers, any clearance items (including rejuvenated products), and non-mattress Dormeo items like pillows, duvets, protectors, etc which have a standard 14-day money back guarantee if unopened.

Here’s how the trial works

  1. Simply choose and purchase a mattress here at dormeo.co.uk or by calling 0800 625 0134.
  2. We'll deliver the mattress directly to you free of charge.
  3. Get a great night's sleep for 60 nights (check if your alarm clock is working!).
  4. If you're not happy - contact our dedicated team of Sleep Experts and we’ll happily listen to your feedback and suggest an alternative, or inform you of the returns procedure for a full refund of the purchase price*.

For selected mattresses and mattress toppers, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, for all mattresses featuring Octaspring® technology, we will collect your mattress absolutely free! Simply arrange with our customer service team. Excludes Octasense, Octasmart® Essentials Mattress and toppers, and any rejuvenated/clearance products.
