“If you’re someone who doesn’t like taking big tablets and end up not taking them at all, this one is for you. These are chewable, so no choking them down and the flavor isn’t bad, so you’re less likely to stop taking them. I’ve been on these for about 3 years now, where as before I threw away expired tablet form vitamins that were too big and difficult to swallow.”
